Movember 2011 at Embla
12/01/2011
During November every year, Movember is responsible for the growth of moustaches (or “Mo’s”) on thousands of men’s faces worldwide. With their Mo’s, these men raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men. Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men and because it is often symptom free, it can lead to death if not discovered.
The male employees of Embla’s Ottawa, Canada office participated in Movember for the second year in a row, raising over $595 with their team “The Nose Beavers.”
