A Picture Of Healthy Sleep

Simple evaluation of SDB:

  • Normal sleep is ≥50% HFC
  • Unstable sleep is <50% HFC and an LFC/HFC ratio of >25%
  • OSA has >15% LFC
  • Complex Sleep Apnea has >2% LFC narrow band values
